As part of our progressive thinking we further extended our service portfolio with the establishment of Ghanija Catering in 2007 in order to accommodate the emergent needs of the ever growing F&B catering sector in Kuwait. With our fully integrated support services we are completely dedicated to providing gourmet catering, superior guest focus and complete event management.

At Ghanija Catering we strive to foresee the needs and requirements of our clients by being proactive and promptly delivering professionally and proﬁciently. Our professionally trained staﬀ of managers, waiters and chefs will assure a focus on an expedient and proﬁcient service. Our fully equipped central kitchen has the capability to accommodate any amount of guests at any time, serving up a multitude of cuisines from our three main outlets; Naranj, U GRILL and Rohr Boutique. Delivery and set up is part of the Ghanija service, our ﬂeet of refrigerated trucks and catering vans ensure safe and reliable transport for all your event’s requirements.

Eng. Nidal holding degree in Civil Engineering
A professional leader with premium communication skills and a long track record of successfully management with extensive knowledge of all current economic, social and regulatory issues. An inspiring and motivational manager with first-rate interpersonal proficiency and the ability and passion to develop the vision of any business he manages. He is able to push performance improvement whilst at the same time delivering growth. Possessing vast managing directorship and CEO experience he will always ensure that clear objectives and expectations are delivered and maintained. His career focused on business process engineering and optimization with a highlight on developing new business projects that intelligently managers and empowers the supply chain.
Eng. Nidal Established Sitco General Trading and Contraction in 2010 & Ghanija Restaurant Management in 2011. Right now he is looking for a rare & exciting opportunity with an ambitious business that wants to grow. He has full responsibility for exacting the strategic direction and ongoing operations for both companies.

Mr. Mohanad AL Ja'bari

Deputy CEO

Mr. Mohanad joined our group as a deputy CEO for Ghanija Resturant Concepts LLC in 2013 holding degree in Accounting & Finance with a vast experience in the hospitality, operations, finance, supply chain management and business development for elite companies and franchises in the GCC and Levant countries. Mr. Al Ja’bari with his remarkable and extensive experience adds value to our group vision handling Ghanija Restaurant Management operations and business development mission to maintain the group legacy.

Chef Hassan AL Jalai

Executive Chef

Chef Hassan joined our group in 2010 as a head chef for Naranj holding degree in culinary arts from Damascus, and currently his the executive chef of our group handling all of our outlets. Chef Hassan, Skilled Executive Chef and international culinary guru with 16 delectable years specializing in oriental and International cuisine. Eager student of new presentation and production techniques in food preparation. Highly competent manager of people, time, and cooking procedures.
